

Baked in small batches in her home kitchen in Wonersh, Ellen at Made by Madre uses regenerative wheat and organic ingredients where possible to make sourdough the way it's meant to be — slowly, carefully, and with real flavour. Naturally leavened and long-fermented, this country loaf has a deep, nutty taste and a soft, open crumb. Ingredients: white flour (wheat), wholemeal flour (wheat), water, salt.
