How it works


Create your account


Start by checking if we deliver to your postcode. From there you will be guided through setting up your account, adding your address and entering your payment details. The whole process takes just a few minutes and all payments are handled securely via Stripe.


How the basket and order deadlines work


Once your account is set up, your basket will automatically confirm your orders each week. The basket is designed specifically for subscriptions, so there is no need to check out every time you change your order. Your next delivery date and order deadline are clearly displayed in your basket, along with any future or pre-orders shown at the bottom with their relevant dates. You will receive automated reminder emails before your deadline and a confirmation once your order has been placed. Your order deadline and delivery day will be clearly stated on the customer basket. The basket will show the details for the next delivery slot on your delivery round. Any orders for future weeks will displayed in 'future & pre orders' at the bottom with clear dates of the order.

You'll receive automated emails ahead of your deadline as well as when the order has been confirmed when the deadline has passed.


Browse, add and subscribe


Browse our range of veg boxes, fresh produce and larder staples. When you find something you like, add it to your basket and choose how often you would like it delivered and when to start. Some items are available as a one-off and others as a regular delivery. You can also select quantities before adding to your basket. To make changes, click the edit icon next to any item in your basket. From there you can adjust the product, update your next delivery date or remove it entirely.


Avoiding allergens or items you don't like


You can let me know any items that you'd rather avoid having in your box within the "Account" section in your customer account by filling in the "Dislikes" field, and I'll aim to swap this item for more of another item in the box. Please also complete the "Allergies" field if you have any allergies that I need to be aware of.


Know when to expect us


Once you sign up your delivery day is set and clearly displayed in your basket at all times. Our automated emails will remind you ahead of each delivery so you always know when to expect your box.


Booking a holiday to pause your regular delivery


Need to pause for a while? Head to the Holidays section in your account menu or click Pause Deliveries from your basket. Select your start and end dates and any deliveries falling within that period will be skipped automatically. Your delivery days and holiday dates are clearly displayed alongside a calendar, and a summary of previously booked holidays is shown so everything is easy to manage in one place.
